Playing softball is intended to be fun. I want to strive to make practices and games enjoyable for all the girls, all while instilling dedication to hard work and in turn their development of the game both as players and good human beings. I believe the skills they learn on the field, both mentally and physically, correlate to their life outside of softball and should in turn have a positive impact on their everyday attitudes and confidence. Apart from their current ability to play the game, the two main things I will look for in girls is attitude and effort.
