The Sage 12U – White team is committed to fostering a love of softball, building strong fundamental skills, promoting sportsmanship and camaraderie and working to achieve each player’s highest potential inside and outside of the game. We emphasize integrity, dedication, focus and hard work, encouraging each player to try to get 1 percent better every time out on the field. We expect the team to grow as a result of both victories and defeats, and we hope each player will give their all for the team, seeing every challenge as an opportunity. We also want the team to have fun! We aim to build off a very successful 10U season, during which the team won the USSSA Virginia State Tournament and ended up ranked No. 1 in Virginia and No. 14 nationally in USSSA tournament points among C Level teams.
